Our Erasmus+ KA210 project aims at creating the proper inclusive school for all. For this reason, we decided to conduct a small-scale research among the staff members of both schools with interviews about the existing practices in order to raise awareness regarding inclusive education. Therefore, pupils interviewed SED teachers and teachers of the “integration” classes. Questions concerned the responsibilities of the teachers questioned, their learners’ profile, their cooperation with the rest of the teaching staff and the parents and, finally, the difficulties and the advantages of their job.
